In the event that you forget your password, you can easily reset your password by clicking on the “Lost Your Password” link on the account login page. Our system will then send you a link to securely reset your password.

For your convenience, preferred credit card information can be kept on file in the “Payment Options” section of your profile. This allows you to order anytime you like, even if you don’t have your card handy.

Orders & Reorders
Yes. Your total cost, including estimated shipping, handling and tax, will be displayed for your review before you submit your order.
*Please note: You may notice on some of your orders, depending on the type of product your order includes (example: products provided by a separate warehouse) your credit card will be pre-authorized higher than your total. Please note you will only be billed for the product and services you receive.
For a custom printed product, please contact Bags & Bows at 1-888-881-7225 and include your order confirmation number. Customers may return plain/unprinted merchandise within 30 days of purchase. You are responsible for the return freight back to Bags & Bows, and there is a 20% restocking fee.
In order for us to continue to offer you the best prices possible, we can only allow full cases of a product to be purchased. This does not apply to products that are sold individually or in a variety of quantities.
We have a minimum order of $100.
An order under $100 is allowed but we charge a $7.50 “under the minimum” fee.

*Please note for hot stamp re-orders that hot stamp plates that have not been used within a three year timeframe are recycled.
Shipping & Handling
Our standard method of shipment is UPS Ground. Customers may also choose UPS expedited air service. Shipments over 300 lbs. will generally ship common carrier LTL.
Customers also have the option to ship FedEx ground/air or specific LTL carrier using their account numbers.
Bags and Bows ships to all 50 states and Puerto Rico. We cannot ship via UPS to P.O. boxes, international addresses, or military APO/FPO addresses.
Shipping costs are based on a product’s weight, delivery destination and level of service.
All in-stock orders are shipped within 24-48 hours of receiving the order. Generally new orders to personalize our products take 3-5 weeks. Please review our Package Personalization page for the latest details or call us at 1-888-881-7225 for the current lead times for personalized products.
All of your credit card transactions are safe. Our secure server software (SSL) is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions.
